Our client, Escapade Music Festival, has asked us to handle all SFX for the three main stages and one stadium.

Our duty is to liaise with international artists like Tiesto, Chainsmokers, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and many more. We manage their technical requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly onsite.

The client also faces the challenge of permit requests with the City of Ottawa. Their final request is for a design that adapts to each artist while seamlessly working with all their productions.

Strategy & Solution

Leveraging our in-house creative team and account managers, we reach out to producers to confirm artists' approval for stage designs and product order lists.

Our client, Escapade, supports us in building strong relationships with production companies. We deliver integrated solutions and 3D plans for each stage. Our team installs everything, adhering to the strictest industry standards and utilizing the most advanced SFX products available.

Our management team handles permit applications and plans for Ottawa's fire services. Finally, our pyrotechnics team conducts tests with artists and fires the SFX onsite. This leaves a visually stunning impression for our clients. A picture is worth a thousand words!
